📦 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 / 10 / 14 days of delivery
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Items purchased on sale / clearance are not eligible for return
🚫 Non-returnable items:
Innerwear, lingerie, socks
Customized or altered products
Accessories (unless damaged or defective)
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item: You will be notified via email/WhatsApp Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days Refunds are issued to the original payment method ⏳ Bank or payment gateway delays may take additional time.
🔄 Exchanges
We offer size or color exchanges (subject to availability): Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery Only one exchange per order is allowed If the requested size/color is unavailable, a refund will be processed

🚚 Damaged / Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery Share clear images or an unboxing video We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
🚫 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect We recommend using a trackable courier service
